Founded by father and son duo, Ricardo de Varona Sr. and Ricardo de Varona Jr., DEV Builders Group was created to change how construction was done in Puerto Rico.

Our early years were defined by successful partnerships on high-profile dealership builds such as Lexus de San Juan I, Triangle Toyota (65th Infantry), and Chrysler 65. These projects tested our team and strengthened our core values: transparency, consistency, and total client satisfaction.
