In 2022, DEV Builders Group completed construction of the Rio Grande Bella Mall, a 48,000-square-foot automotive showroom and service center built to raise the standard of the dealership experience in Puerto Rico. 

Created for Bella Group, this multi-brand facility includes dedicated spaces for Mazda, Ford, Honda, and more, and was engineered to support top-tier vehicle displays and seamless customer service workflows.

Bella Group’s vision required a dealership complex that could:

• Represent multiple global automotive brands under one roof
• Support large vehicle displays and movement across branded areas
• Accommodate both retail showrooms and back-of-house service functions
